Bob Petrich, President of Boardwalk Commercial Real Estate has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate sales. He knows the trends of the market and he knows how to meet the needs and goals of a wide variety of investors. Bob and Boardwalk Commercial Real Estate specialize in the acquisition, real estate management, and disposition of REO's, foreclosures and multi-family properties in Chicago as well as the Chicago Suburbs of IL.
Scope:
Boardwalk Commercial Real Estate wanted a clean and simple website to feature their commercial properties in Chicago and the Chicago Suburbs. We designed a site that was easy to navigate and focused on Organic SEO for common real estate terms in the Chicago South Suburbs. We implemented a jquery slideshow to feature various properties on the front page. We designed a jquery accordion to add some dynamics to the real estate FAQ's page. We launched a youtube campaign and featured short video commercials of properties on the web site. We also set up a facebook page and twitter account to list properties as well as build Boardwalk's online presence.
